Requirements for Financial Assistance:

  1. Had been removed from State/Federal Medical insurance (e.g. Medicaid).

  2. Is considered a private pay client.

  3. Has applied for sliding scale through their therapist/group practice.

  4. Has been a month to two months behind on making payments.

  5. Is experiencing financial difficulty (e.g. making enough money to pay their bills, but struggling to afford mental health services).

  6. Is making less than $30,000 a year.
